005 The Everyday Chore
A jacket built for purpose. Designed around function. No extras necessary. Pockets to carry things. Strong fabric to protect against the elements. This is the design of workers, labourers, farmers. Originating in late 19th century France, it is now an everyday staple. The first chore I made was for my dad, then a friend, then that friend’s dad, then that friend’s dad’s friend and so the trail goes on. So I am happy to offer them up now, 10 of them, for you.
