This garment and shape was inspire by army jacket liners and serves as a light or mid layer. The quilted house coat is made from a crisp organic cotton poplin and quilted with wadding made from soy. We machine quilt each line so each garment will vary slightly as we intuitively meander through. The quilting creates pockets of air and warmth but not too much to lose the flow of the garment.
